I dont mind the 25 and i think the fishery can handle that
i do like the idea of guides not being able to count themselves towards the 25, each customer gets 25 and only 1 over 21 inches or whatever, i dont know the right number

I catch trout over 20" pretty common. and it seems the fishery can sustain a 25 fish limit. if any of yall want to keep 10 fish, then go for it, but I'll continue to keep what I legally can.
