I don't necessarily agree with that. They still have a lawsuit with Hooli and Russ can still call all his debt back or try to take control not to mention End Frame sitting on their technology now. There are a lot of factors that could still hinder them even if they won 15 million.
In reality, 15 million isn't going to get them far in the Hooli suit.
