I very seriously doubt LF has any intention what so ever with letting that marriage happen. I have a feeling his end game is to grab control of the north, and get revenge against the Boltons. Plus he's bound to know that Stannis is fixing to march on Winterfell. So hopefully Stannis is the true alliance he's seeking.
First off, Sansa already has the rights to the North. Theoretically her brothers are all dead, so she is the heir to the North, not the Boltons. Forging an alliance with another kingdom would be the match LF would want, since it would give him another army. If Sansa openly reveals herself, then the Riverlands and the North will fight for her (save the Boltons, the Freys, and maybe the Karstarks). It's an absolute shite marriage, unless of course LF is plotting the Red Wedding 2.0. If that's his plan, I'll forgive this stupid plot since that for sure have every Northern house coming to him.
And as far as him counting on Stannis to take the Boltons, that is even stupider from LF's perspective. If there's one person who absolutely despises LF in Westeros, it is Stannis. LF betrayed Ned supposedly because he was going to give Stannis the throne. Then LF negotiates the Lannister/Tyrell alliance, which led to him losing the Blackwater. In the books, Stannis openly talks about LF being cancer to the small council and convincing Robert to do heavily corrupt things for LF's own benefit. And this is just what Stannis knows, and not taking into account if he finds out about him killing his own wife, murdering a king at his own wedding, convincing Joffrey to kill Ned (not confirmed even by book readers although I'm almost sure of it), and murdering Jon Arryn to orchestrate the War of the Five Kings. Stannis would certainly hang LF if he ever got his paws on him, and if they somehow ally with one another in the show, I don't know if I won't flip out over it. It is as preposterous as Batman and the Joker being allies and friends. They are complete opposites and actively wish to destroy the other.

Book LF is not as dark as show LF. The Stanis/LF alliance would not work, especially since LF is somewhat responsible for the debt owed to the Iron Bank, who is backing Stannis.

Maybe I missed it, but I don't recall them playing up Stannis's hate for LF on the show. In the books, yeah. But I didn't know that Stannis figured out that LF was behind everything that LF was actually behind. Maybe I'm wrong.
But I still don't think he has any intention of allowing Sansa to marry, or at the very least stay married to, Ramsey. He is way to "fascinated" with Sansa, just like he was with her mother.
