The majority of the OT, in the past, has stated that as long as you obey the law OR comply with LEOs, then this type of violence will not happen.
So this guy, regardless of the video, must have fought back and not comply with the LEOs; therefore he got what he deserved. /sarcasm
Funny how opinions change, with many, depending on the ..... situation.

Well he did run from the police...so he wasn't obeying or complying. It seems that one of the recurring themes is you run from the police, something bad isg oing to happen to you. Just saying.
Not that I agree with how much they kicked his arse after he was subdued and flat on the ground. It seems like they were frustrated about having to chase him down and were taking it out on him. Pretty crazy.
