Damn, they beat they living shite out of him. That officer by his head went way overboard. The suspect was detained, in custody, and not fighting back or resisting. There's got to be more to the story than a simple theft of a horse. I mean, they had a helicopter out there for crying out loud.

OT Attorneys: If the suspect was to start fighting back (and for purposes of this hypothetical) let's say he knocked the officers teeth in and broke the officers nose. Could he argue that he was fearing for his life (really isn't too far fetched) and have the assault of the officer charges dropped?

The majority of the OT, in the past, has stated that as long as you obey the law OR comply with LEOs, then this type of violence will not happen.

So this guy, regardless of the video, must have fought back and not comply with the LEOs; therefore he got what he deserved. /sarcasm

Funny how opinions change, with many, depending on the ..... situation.
