Yea I'm 3/4 way through the process. I don't really have the money to re-do a pond but hoping this will pay for the majority. It's an existing pond and we are gonna expand and use the dirt to build up the levee.

By going thru those programs, it can tie up land for up to 20 years. I wouldn't want anything to do with the government tying up my land.
