If he is doing a couple of chores give him a couple hundred bucks and tell him to feel free to cook some things out of the freezer and have access to some of your lesser liquors. That is if you have those things handy, if not throw in some extra cash for him to get food a couple of nights. Depending on how he lives it may end up being like a little vacation for him.
