That's how wars are started that nobody ever really wins and the only real outcome is a bunch of people dead, bunch in jail, whole lot of lives ruined, and nothing but bad publicity for all involved. It may sound like a good idea to you, but in the real world, it's not.
And on top of that, there's the matter of honor. There's no honor in going after someone's family. That's a coward's way of handling things. If you have a problem with another man, you address it with that man, not his wife and kids.
