Which is the better job between Texas, Indiana, St. John's, and Tennessee? All 4 have perks...
If I am an elite coach, I would rate them in this order. Texas probably has the most in state talent and an elite coach could lock the state down. Indiana gets kids from Chicago and Nap Town but I think Texas would be more appealing. St. Johns is historically a better basketball school than Tennessee and has more talent to pull from, although an elite coach might consider going to Tennessee due to the surrounding talent in NC and ATL.

Much less pressure at Texas too.

Texas. Less pressure, more money. You could easily win a title there too.
