We are a smoke free campus as well. One of our cardiologist sits in the parking garage and smokes his brains out regularly. Serious WTF moment for me when I first saw that.

Not really...you can only do so much. If they want to be dumb and smoke, let them. At the end of the day it doesn't affect you.
