Twice. I was 6 the first time and there was a huge spider in the kitchen. Parents weren't happy.
Second time I was trying to dial out to call a customer at work and had to press 1 before the area code. Pressed it twice on accident and I wasn't paying attention. They heard myself and another employee yelling at each other and sent 2 units for a fight in progress. Boss wasn't happy that time.
