And why should we settle for such unnecessary strain of getting by on 50% lol.. Those wins won't always be there.

Les' philosophy of keeping the games close to try to win it at the back end hinders this team greatly from truly achieving belief and successs on offense. I like to see the more talented qb play with confidence and this team ball out on offense. And even be able to overcome mistakes with the quickness.. Play your best athletes early and often and jump out to big leads early! Let's Geaux!

And in which years has Miles made this a priority?

2006, 2007, 2011, 2013
or
2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2014?

Aside from 2010, that last group has something pretty obvious in common.

When you say compete I feel you mean try to win 9-10 games ,when I say compete that means win championship. For us to compete in my eyes we have to have immense improvement in qb play
