He doesn't have super healing and he isn't indestructible like many super heroes.

The fighting is over the top ridiculous. Don't think I said the show sucked but it is flawed and over the top given his weak abilities.

By the way, even if you believe he has some super core strength or pain tolerance what about every criminal he fights? They are normal.

They all seem to have the same tolerance for pain and ability in martial arts that he has.

And yes, I actually did complain that normal people in Winter Soldier were being hit with punches and slammed into walls without any long term or in most cases even short term damage.

It is one thing to have Hulk or Thor fall 30 feet, crash through a roof and then get up like nothing happened. Entirely something else for a non healing, non armored hero to hop up like they tripped over a rock.

Once again, I didn't say the show sucks. Just said it is flawed which it is and it has nothing to do with suspension of disbelief. That old chestnut gets pulled out too often as an excuse to shoddy writing and the refusal to stick with a characters abilities.
