tbh, that's a lofty goal.... i know you've heard, by now, that the "last 10 lbs" is the hardest to lose... and there's a reason for that.... the less body mass you have, the harder it becomes to lose weight.... that's the reason really fat fricks can lose a large amount of weight relatively quickly, vs. average size people struggling to lose a couple of pounds...

however, increasing lean body mass (something only lifting weights will do) will give you a larger amount of mitochondria (where calories are burned), which will help you out in achieving your goals...

so basically, you have to build muscle first, then you can lose the weight.... it's not lose then replace...
