If Ryno is missing shots, he needs a quick hook. We should sit him against SAC so that he has fresh legs against POR.
Also, Monty needs to understand that he can't just plug n play Ryno into the finishing group. If the other team has a slow 4 or 5, he can be on the floor, but if they go small or have a stacked 4/5, he needs to sit in favor of an AD/Asik combo.

Playing with Cole/DC(Or Qpon)/Douglas/Improved Ajinca should help a ton for sure.
