I know precisely why I have trouble losing weight, I just felt like being an arse

The problem arises in the flimsy math used here.

quote:

I eat healthy and get a reasonable amount of exercise and I have a hrd time shedding weight

The people who say this are really making a statement that is similar to an physical laborer paid by the hour saying "I scoop a healthy amount of dirt out of the hole on the shovel and I do this for a reasonable number of minutes per hour, but I am having a hard time digging this hole"

Most bosses would fire said worker for not working hard enough, or diligently enough.

Hearing patients tell me "I don't know, I do everything right, and still cant lose weight" is just failure to recognize their own inadequacies to satisfy the simple law of conservation of mass and energy.

There is more to weight loss and weight gain than just calories in and energy spent.
