I always get called belligerent and hostile on this board, but the fact is that offering someone bad relationship advice on the OT can be funny, but giving someone really bad investment advice on here can ruin someone's life.
The real problem is that the driveby snake oil salesmen have a much more sexy mystique because they claim to have some kind of clairvoyance that no one else does whil the guy pitching tried and true methods sounds boring.

I agreed with what you said about the REIT's. I will take any advice which is why I asked the question on here. Whether I utilize your or any others advice is still up in the air.
