Well he used speed as its own variable, and it's why the boys would win. The boys do EVERYTHING quicker and faster which is the difference in the two sports. But when it come to straight up defensive positioning or rebounding the boys aren't any better

A decent Louisiana team with average size (6'1-6'5) would beat any girls team by 30+
You could take the top 5 best girls players in the world and there are multiple HS boys teams in Louisiana alone that would beat them by 20+
The speed and quickness is that different.
