Zachary Tractor aupply is the cheapest.
Use the swap out service to tuen in terrible tanks for a new replacement.
I pull the sticker and paint a two inch stripe around the tank so I know it's mine.

Around here Costco is the cheapest by far for refills. I only swap if my tank is out of date.
