Look at the diff in BTU of the choices you posted. At that surface area of course you get the one that is 75% more capable.

I use a Brinkman 5 burner with a side sear burner. I usually grill low and slow then reverse sear. Size is more important than BTUs for me. Think mine was in the 360 dollar range. But, when I two zone grill, I have plenty of space.

You can get a cheap grill and an expensive digital thermometer and grill like a boss.
