I'm new here but whenever I take it, I zip up and down quickly.
stu, I'm looking for a house around lakeway, any suggestions? another area I should be looking?
and as far as traffic is concerned, dripping springs drives me fricking nuts. the passing lane...please cruise at 35 miles an hour

sorry, not really - I've been out of resi construction for years now, I'm completely out of touch with what's happening out there anymore.
