Can any guy with a small amount of strength and confidence handle a normal dog? Yes.
Is breaking up a a fight between a sharplaninatz and a hog dog fun... It is not. But even then, grab the rear end of the aggressor, when he turns you give him a firm hit with the butt of your palm and he'll learn real quick who to mess with and who not.
