I don't think it should be limited to their home. I was kinda surprised in Denver they don't have smoke bars similar to hookah lounges yet but I guess it's technically illegal to smoke, just isn't to buy.

This may the a topic of a spinoff thread but there's something I've been wondering about with legalized pot in places like Colorado. What happens if the feds decide down the road to start enforcing the federal laws against pot? As far as I know, it's still against Federal law, right? If that's the case all that it's going to take is for there to be an AG who decides to crack down on what's happening in Colorado and the other states that have followed Colorado's lead.
