If you look at results, it's obvious he has done a good job. But I agree with Rabalais, he needs to continue to improve. There were some games that we shouldn't have lost this year, but I am more than happy with the progression of the program and I'm hoping the fans appreciate it and come out next year and support the Tigers.

Not going to read what Rabalais has to say but Jones has done a good job improving us each year. I still think his best coaching job was actually his first year where he pushed a dog shite roster to what should have been a NIT bid. Im pleased that we advanced to the real dance finally, but he has to get better at in-game management.
His recruiting is top notch. I think we are seeing it now that instead of just bringing in raw players he is brining in top polished guys like Simmons. He also did a excellent job with improving TQ.
He doesn't even really have to get better at the X and O part of the game. He needs to get better at knowing when to actually reign in his players. His style is a good one if you know how to properly pull them back in. Id like to see a timeout when we get out of control for 2 or 3 possessions in a row. He also needs to do a better job working the officials. He shouldn't be scared to death of getting a technical foul or a warning. I would also like to see him improve sub patterns, because even with a short bench you can keep guys fresh.
Overall I feel confident that LSU basketball is heading in the correct direction. I do think it is critical he improves his in-game coaching considering what is going on with the sec right now since state looks to be alive again and Bama might be a threat at some point.
