Your workouts you posted are fricking retarded.

Choose between starting strength, stronglifts, fierce five, or greyskull (by far the best) and start making progress. After you milk that move to 5/3/1 and enjoy looking like an adult male for once.

You recommend anything to read as far as approaching nutrition? I eat pretty well but I consistently planned diet is probably where I'm lacking. I read Johnny Pain's Swole and I liked how simplified his approach is. Any recs though?
