Whatever you do, change the routine every 3 months.

Is it true that wendler 5-3-1 will also make your wiener grow.

Not reading this whole thread but put your cardio on non weight training days and if your not doing ring pull ups try those for biceps growth.

Thanks for the vote of confidonce Ryno. If I can get down to 28's by summer I think I'm a shoe in.

Fuxking A greyskull will.
Btw op email me and i will send you the starting strength and greyskull books so you can understand how to actually workout.
Your workouts you posted are fricking retarded.
Choose between starting strength, stronglifts, fierce five, or greyskull (by far the best) and start making progress. After you milk that move to 5/3/1 and enjoy looking like an adult male for once.
And for fricks sake will you please eat. Tdlsu777 at gmail.com

You recommend anything to read as far as approaching nutrition? I eat pretty well but I consistently planned diet is probably where I'm lacking. I read Johnny Pain's Swole and I liked how simplified his approach is. Any recs though?

Swole 2 and the doggcrapp training diet are the best for gaining weight.
mountain dog diet and carb back loading are pretty good, along with leangains and iffym.com
And then i really like anabolic cookbook and gourmet nutrition are really good for recipes.
I tend to go really extreme though when i dIet. but those books do a good job of getting the basics down. I tend to think keeping things as natural as possible for most people shows the greatest return on investment for most people trying to loose.

Thanks
I'm basically at a point right now where I have a few months that I can just eat as many meals at whatever times I want in a day, and have the time to prepare it all, so I wanna make the most of it

Most of those books are on scribd under documents. You will have to upload to download though.
If you need any of them though you can email me and on Thursday or Friday while I'm stuck in bed recovering from surgery i will send them to you
