this is almost certainly in violation of the CBA the PLAYERS AGREED TO. if they don't like it, they should take it up with their union reps

i want people to live by the agreements they made

if you want to argue players who played in the NFL prior to the CBA, then fine...but that will be long before anybody knew these risks
