The NFL had data that they hid for years. They had info that goes back when the were testing Ridell helmets in the early 80's.
go read the lawsuits
they cite public studies to back their claims
their experts cite public studies to back their opinions
this information is NOT secret and within the control of the NFL

The good news for the players and their families, and for people who disagree with your opinion and want those players to recieve additional health benefits and monetary compensation for their brain damage and suffering, is that the NFL has already agreed to a payout to those who want immediate relief, and will probably be forced to pay out much larger damages to those who refused to settle.
