I can assure you that this is not always the case. Sometimes these things are kept quiet or swept under the rug by the school before the media gets involved. A friend of mine screwed his English teacher and she was quietly let go when it was found out.

Same at my HS. The student's didn't even have to take finals for her class. She was smoking, smoking hot too and she was doing it with an illegal mexican student who weighed like 150 pounds and had a dragon tattoo that covered 3/4 of his body. She was also an unqualified supremely unprofessional bitch

Happened at my school too, but that was circa 00/01.
