My biggest takeaway, frankly. It's like he's allergic to timeouts. Comes back to the common refrain that CJJ knows how to recruit but cannot coach for shite.

No one is perfect - what I don't understand is if you are JJ or CLM - why in the world not hire an assistant that can help you?

The lack of x and o coaching isn't even the problem with Jones. If Jones improved the management part of being a coach then this team would be hard to stop. The when to take a timeout, the what to say to the players to get them moving in the correct direction, the learning how to bully the refs.
