Martin is not ready. Athletically, he's there, but he has no true offensive game yet. If he can develop a 10-12 ft "go-to" shot, something that is money anytime he's one-on-one in the lane (like a tournaround jumper or a baby hook), he'll be a lottery pick.

If I were him, I'd return next season, and would work a ton on making that one shot his. He has the rest.
