Those kids deserve better with the talent here. They just never jelled. To many moving parts that are not in sync. I new with about 4 minutes left they were spent and we would lose. I turned the tv off and went outside to vent my anger and frustration.. I tossed and turned all night and I am still bummed out because we had sweet 16 talent in this team.

You are definitely not the only one. I was out of control with it when I was younger.

Don't know how old you are but if you're young I would suggest that it will level out a bit. I'm 48 now with a son and daughter, 14 and 17. Age and children definitely mellowed me. There really are more important things in life.

Now come game time I'm still extremely wound up, especially for football. I've gotten pretty good though at turning it off during the week and not getting crazy with anticipation. Hell, I literally used to start counting down the days to football season in March!! Have not done that in quite some time now.

So if you're still a youngster, I would say don't worry too much yet. It'll most likely level off for you. If you're already my age with kids... Not sure what tell you.
