The problem with this draft is that there is no clear cut consensus on the top players outside of Williams and Winston. The rest seem to be rated all over the place when comparing different reporters' and scouts' rankings. This is why I do agree with you that trading from 13 is highly likely. This is the first draft in a long time in which the Saints' selection could be anything and is impossible to predict.
