The Hawks have made the playoffs like 10 years in a row. How are people pretending Bud turned a rag tag group into winners? 
He's done a nice job but he basically inherited the perfect team for his schemes. Kudos to him
Kerr inherited a great team as well. Both coaches are probably getting more credit than they deserve but someone the fresh new names always get mentioned for COY
McHale has done well, Doc Rivers, Carlisle etc. People want to ignore what they've done bc their coaching vets, but they have all overcome things with their teams and are still in the thick of it
