Jerry lees is very good if you enjoy a milder boudin with a lot of green onion. I like it a lot and their hog head cheese is phenomenal.

I'm surprised to see some people knocking Jerry Lee's. I think it is very tasty link, a higher rice ratio, but well-seasoned with good texture/moisture.
I recently did a boudin tasting with family members that involved T-Boy's, Billy's, Kartchner's, and Jerry Lee's. While Jerry Lee's finished last overall, we agreed that it faired well among the others. I think a couple people had it ranked 2nd or 3rd.
