re: Veggie Garden-when do I plant and what?

I'm tempted with this nice weather, but my stuff is still in the trays. That way I can bring it inside in case it freezes again.

I already have tomatoes, banana, jap, and green bell peppers.

By buying early and keeping them in the trays when I do decided to plant I'll have a good head start as opposed to buying smaller stuff the day I decide to plant.
