Money dance has to be a Southern thing, right?

I've been to a bunch of weddings in Pennsylvania and Ohio.. and it's not a thing.

No.

I've been to at least a hundred weddings, mostly in Alabama but also in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. I'd never heard of this phenomenom until this thread.

It may occur in some places in the South, but it is not a Southern thing.

It's so creepy. My sister's mother in law wanted her to do it, and she flat out refused. It actually turned into a huge deal.
