He's only 31. People act like the guy is 55. He's never relied on speed to be productive and last year was really the only year o his career he had a drop problem. As long as Brees is here I see Colston around and continuing to be productive.

I concur. Given his size and style of play...I'd give him 3 more years with us.

Slight nitpick here. There's a human lifetime and NFL lifetime.

An average NFL player's shelf life is 11-12 years in the most liberal of estimates and Colston is getting very close to that and he's already passed the most conservative estimate a couple years ago. He's a very old man in NFL years.
