It took an additional 5th to move up one spot to get Gilbert.
Buffalo traded up from 9th to 4th and it took an additional 1st and 4th in 2015.
In 2013:
Buffalo traded the 8th pick and 3rd round (71st) to STL for the 16th pick, 2nd round, 3rd round (78th), and 7th round.
If we're going from 13->8, expect to pay a 2nd or at least 2 3rds
