My point is while that may be true it's also irrelevant since it's contrary to anyone's objectives on a diet. You're the one who brought up the silly idea.

I did paleo and enjoyed it. Now that I'm doing 90% whole food plant based diet, I enjoy meat a lot more. Only having it once a day is like a treat. And getting more fruits and vegtables in my diet has been great.

Remember it is whatever fits you and your lifetstyle. This allows me to eat really healthy while I'm at work and then eat a normal supper with lean meat and veggies with my wife and kids. So more veggies in the house means everyone is eating better which is great.
