Just googled this and of course tiger droppings comes up as a search result so I'm going to bump this thread and bring this debate back to surface.

What is the plural form of Cracklin? Is it cracklin or cracklins?

I use the "s" for the plural: cracklins
But mostly I say gratton.

I only say cracklin. It's like fish and its plural, fish.

Cracklin or gratton. No "s" or "ing". Hell, even the Cracklin Cookoff in Parks, Louisiana doesn't use an "s" but damn they got some good grocery out there.
