That drive is already horrible. There is this giant clusterfreak called ATL and its traffic in the middle of it. Also do you really think that the highways won't be fixed in the next 30 years.

It is very probable that 30 years from now the cities will be more popular than the suburbs. The current low gas prices are not going to stay and in 30 years $7/gal could very easily happen.
