What does this even mean? "Fixed"?
I drive between New Orleans and Raleigh, through Birmingham, Atlanta, Charlotte, every few months. Driving through South Carolina is the worst part of it because the worst drivers seem to congregate there. Dont have any other real issue with the drive.
This article sounds dumb as f. Sounds like this "nightmarish super metro" will be something that resembles the northeast? A) It would probably take much longer than 30 years for that to happen and B) alternative transportation options would appear if it did.
