Yes. I'll follow that up with a couple of questions for you. Do you feel like making a 3rd of what people in your field working in the private sector make? Also, would you enjoy watching dumb@sses get promotions over you just because they are veterans and you're not? If the answer is yes to both of those, then go for it!

Well I certainly appreciate the responses. One of the biggest reasons I even considered it is because my fiance would like to be close to home.
