Eh, I think that'll be Queef's downfall at aTm. The state of Texas is so ridiculously committed to offense that he'll never have the level of talent that he did here. I think Strong is more likely to lure in what defensive talent Texas does produce.

The 85 scholarship limit makes it nearly impossible to be dominant on both sides of the ball. Spread offense coaches by necessity put most of the effort into recruiting offensive players and try to plug the holes on defense. As long as Sumlin is the HC at TAMU they will never have enough quality defensive players to consistently stop a quality opponent. Chavis will struggle.
