Worrying about this kind of stuff is pointless. There are fecal particle floating all over public restrooms. Ever take a shite at your house in your own bathroom? Guess what, there is fecal matter all over there too and more gets dispersed every time you flush, and it's probably on your toothbrush.
You probably have fecal material and other bacteria all over your shoes too, and americans typically don't take their shoes off at the door. But it doesn't matter because there is probably fecal matter in on your couch and chairs because you go to hospitals and sit in chairs that the general public sits in all the time without changing or showering every time you walk in the door.
TL; DR: Earth is not meant for germophobes. You're welcome.
