Slight hijack: This will be the first time I've been on a Friday...is it a ramped down version of Saturday, food-wise? Private parties? Idk what really to expect, besides music. TIA

Friday is totally different than Saturday. Teams are prepping and partying. Friday is less of a festival and more of a party/tailgate that smells incredible.

A lot of teams boil seafood. Not too many teams sell product, but most have food and drink at their tents and are willing to share. If you take advantage of their hospitality, I would suggest throwing a small donation their way. It is a lot of fun and more low key than Saturday. It is great to walk around and visit with the teams, watch them prep, and shoot the shite.

Hogs is having a stronger Friday night lineup than in year's past in an effort to grow Friday so not sure if they will have food vendors out there this year as well. If you go, I would recommend looking at the setup for last year's GC (Charqueterie). It is impressive and they are incredibly nice.
