Lots of shitty driving in that video, but the girl is more at fault. It's one thing to pass a semi dinking around in the left lane, and even then you'd better do it fast and with lots of room to spare. This chick tried to squeeze into a small spot that was about to get a lot smaller. The semi wasn't really holding up traffic, there was a line of cars not going anywhere just ahead in the left lane. This is why I hate driving on 2 lane interstates.

Her biggest mistake was getting off the gas (she might have even hit the brakes). She had the room. If she changes lanes and accelerates to the vehicle in front of her, the truck would not have hit her. Hell, even when he went to the left side of the lane, if she gets on the gas, she avoids the accident.
The trucker was being an a-hole. But, it was her incompetence that caused the wreck.
