I wouldn't put any kind of minimum on it. If you are playing no-limit then maybe you want to put a maximum on it. If someone wants to play with 20, when everyone else is playing with $100 then they are putting themselves at a huge disadvantage. They will likely keep throwing $20 out until they reach $100 anyway because they are getting eaten up (unless they get lucky very early). So if someone is a idiot and wants to keep donating to the table, then why stop them from doing so?
