I seriously wondered, being that I have been a small business owner for years, if they would be open to hearing some suggestions.
After eating there, I definitely want them to succeed but the atmosphere is flat out terrible.
It's almost as if they are trying to be too "American." TV blaring, room brightly lit, bubble gum after dinner, seems like possibly an Asian stereotype of Americans.
